I find their new location easier to access off the hwy. Friendly staff with a great assortment of supplies and equipment.
Very rude customer service. I travelled about an hour and a half to purchase a squeegee suction for this specific model. Before making the trip, I called a few days in advance to confirm whether they had the model in stock, and they assured me that they did. However, once I arrived and showed the pictures of the model to the front desk receptionist, she immediately said they did not have it and did not even make an effort to check or look into it further.
