It took 2 weeks to clean our rugs eventhough we were told it would only take 1 week and they didn't even smell clean when we picked them up plus they were still damp. The lady said there was too much urine to get them clean. Our pressure washer did just fine after the fact. Our puppy only had one accident but they were a few years old so I thought it would be a good idea to get them professionally cleaned. I did a better job myself.
