This cleaning service is the worst. I brought in 2 pairs of pants to be alterated. Came back to get my stuff and the lady said they couldn't find a pair and they messed up my $90 jeans. I asked to speak with a manager and when I did she was very nasty and rude. She said that regardless, I would have to pay for the jeans (KLEEN KARE) messed up. I wouldn't recommend this cleaning service to anyone. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

Just plain Bad! Had an issue with a lost shirt and they said they believe it was given to me. It was not given to me! So I guess Ill eat that 89.00. Also took three trips to get some uniform shirts properly pressed. Still wanted me to pay after driving down three times. Take your clothes somewhere else.

No feel for customer loyalty – I have had my clothes cleaned by this business for the last 9 months. In each instance, I paid for the dry cleaning with a check. I scratched through my old address and wrote in my new one. Today, I was informed that the business does not take checks with old addresses scratched out. The lady behind the counter called her manager and confirmed this policy. They seemed not to care about the last dozen or so checks with altered addresses. Worst Cleaning and Customer Serivce – When I arrived (as a first time customer) to this location, I was greeted very rudely. Nevertheless, I stayed and dropped off my clothes. Big mistake on my part. To make the long story short, they provided me with inaccurate quotes. They didn't honor a coupon listed on their own website (blamed it on their computer). Clothes not clean, poor customer service. – The quality of this cleaners is horrible! Just recently I took a law enforcement uniform and a dark sweater in to be cleaned (4 dark blue pieces). The uniform was coated in several spots with white clay dirt. When I got it back, not only was there still white clay on the pants and shirt, but all 4 of the pieces were completely covered in long animal (dog? cat?) hair! Kleen Kare has sloppy, terrible service. – Shirts come back wrinkled and STAINED. They advertise $1.25 laundered shirts with $10 of dry cleaning but if you don't watch the bill you'll end up paying $1.65. $.40/shirt isn't going to break the bank but it is indicative of their character.
