NEVER, EVER use this business. We took a jacket in to get a zipper fixed. Approximately 1 month after we got it back, the zipper fell apart. Bring it back in and are told it would be back in a week. That was in November. It was not until this week the jacket was found. My husband went into the store once a week at different times asking to speak with the manager. I have taken ties into this cleaner twice, I guess I didn't learn the first time. The first time they came back with stains on them that were not there when I drop them off and were only supposed to be pressed. The second time they came back with creases and the stain that I was hoping to get out was not taken out. I gave them a 2 because they will at least offer to redo them.

Owner will not contact you after damage done to clothes. Do not take your fine clothing to this location. The ruined my wife's nice wool sweater and have not tried to rectify or even return phone calls regarding the issue.
