The vacuums don’t work! Please fix them! I’d like my money back.
$18 for a wash and it’s still dirty
just paid for the $15.00 wash and my car is still dirty with bugs and bird crap on my windshield and trunk. The color wax and air dryer only went down the drivers side of the car. I will not be using this place again ever since switching to this style car wash the quality has gone down hill!
touch free wash always leaves my car with a film on it. tried the self service wash the machine ate all my money and never turned on. went to the next bay over spent $10 and SURPRISE no soap in the spray wand. called the number, got a text stating they would reimburse me and SURPRISE NO REIMBURSEMENT its been 2 months!!! TERRIBLE BUSINESS!
RecommendedI have used this carwash many times. Never had an issue until Valentine's day this year. It was a bitter night and the system was not working properly due to the temperature I assume. I called and left a message explaining that the wash did not work properly and that my car had not been cleaned. I received a message asking for my address and I received a prompt reimbursement for the wash. This is good business and I will continue to use this carwash whenever I am in the valley.
If I could give zero stars I would. I just paid $18 to run my car through the automatic wash, the presoak didn't even come out and my car is as filthy as when I entered. Disappointed.
