Poor communication from the contact person at front desk
Do not choose the elevator company. Always made payment on time and they sent me duplicate invoice for same service period. Want to double charge customer. Always happy to provide evidence if this company refuse to admit this facts
Dreadful, dangerous lifts. I was stuck for two hours after a loud ‘bang’ and then as soon as I got out and the technician left, it broke again and now someone else is stuck in there. Customer service abysmal, unable to give any information about when technician was arriving. A scary experience. And I’ve lived in my building for a while and the lift is very frequently out of service.
