Took a long time to deliver the potty, long time to clean it and now that is time to pick it up they do not answer phone calls - texts and keep charging my bank for it.
Called and scheduled an appt for 3pm, never showed. Called and rescheduled later in the week and they never showed up again. Contacted them and was told that I would receive a call back immediately with the location and time estimate of the service worker. I was never contacted again. You would think they would care a little more about their business, especially in these times.
I requested a porta John 2 weeks in advance. Supposed to been dropped off Friday morning never was. Called and they told me there was a misunderstanding and the owner said she would make sure her son delivers it Saturday morning first thing. Lunch time came and it still wasn’t delivered so I called and called and called, couldn’t get no response. Quick response and courteous technicians. However, you would think they would be able to preserve your grass when uncovering your septic tank lids. Ive got two bare dirt spots where established lawn once was.
