Over the past couple of weeks I have left 3 voicemails & sent 3 emails to this company regarding pricing for a replacement on my salt-less water conditioner!! I have YET to HEAR a WORD back from them!!! I think this company is out of business!!!! IF I COULD give this company ZERO STARS, I would!!!! I have been a customer of them for almost 6 years & NEVER had a problem like this before!!!
