I was able to schedule an appointment within 3 days of calling. I had a problem with poor wiring in my walls and a multiple fixtures on multiple breaker switches that had failed. The technician was friendly and quickly dianosed and fixed all problems within 1 hour. He cut into the wall, installed some new hardware, wired it, and cleaned up. Would definitely recommend.
I contacted this company through the recommendation of my super. Perhaps he’s getting a kick back, but they aren’t very good for being experts in their field. I explained the problem to them on the phone and even mentioned it could be the dimmer, but the electrician that came out knew nothing of the problem and couldn’t understand when I explained it to him.
