After an appointment with Dr Hanif at his Lisburn ear clinic I was left with a very painful ear and didn't get wax removed, I got an appointment with Karen who was able to show me on the screen the problem, she had wax flushed out in no time pain free , couldn't recommend Karen highly enough, Thanks Karen
