I had to call James back on a repair to my washing machine as it did the same thing again. He was prompt as could be, found the loose wire fitting problem and NO CHARGE. Very reliable and will use a again if needed.

I would recommend Dacor Krewe Repair Tampa to any of my relatives and friends! He did a wonderful job on fixing our decor fridg. He was professional and showed up on time. He was tenacious in finding and repairing our problem. His rates were very reasonable and more then fair. Give him a call. He was awesome!

Michael worked on 2 fridges for me, he was highly professional, communicative, insightful and went the extra mile, (or 2!). He was quite reasonable and was willing to invest the necessary time without ringing up the bill beyond reason. I highly appreciated his effort, which was worth more than 5 stars!

Excellent service! Professional and aware of covid risk, wearing gloves & masks. Ice dispenser not dispensing, they took the time to really troubleshoot and ended up fixing it without needing a replacement part. I was very happy, only charged for labor. Great value for the service. Will use again if I have the need. Highly recommend!

First time I visited last year was great. This year it took me several tries to make an appointment over the phone (no one answered the phone) and when I showed up for my appointment, no one was there. I waited 20 mins before leaving. Left a voicemail about the incident and to reschedule but no one retured my call. Went across the street to Prontowash where they did a great job.
