This company is extremely unreliable and unprofessional. They stood me up for the first cleaning and claimed it was an emergency. Note, they didn’t bother to call or let me know and I had to call them to find out after waiting for them for over an hour. They then offered to give me something as a "consolation" but they have completely ignored me every time I reach out. They won’t answer a single call or text message, despite them having read receipts turned on.

First time getting my carpets cleaned and had a great experience. Very Knowledgeable and meticulous with his work. Was able to get up tough stains and even offered tips on how to prevent build up. We will definitely have Kleaner U back at least twice a year.

The owner 100% saved our day as our original carpet cleaner told us they couldn’t do our two rooms because the hose wouldn’t reach and we were moving the next morning at 6 am. He personally came out the same day and cleaned them for us even though it was the end of his day. I 100% recommend them! Way to above and beyond for us!!! Thank you!!!!
