Thank you Klean King Carpet & Janitorial for finding time to accommodate us! Your team is very dependable, friendly and professional. Very much happy with the service that you did to our carpet and sofa and they even cleaned our lazy boy without extra charge! Excellent customer service!
So unprofessional and untrustworthy. They were supposed to arrive at 12pm, didn’t and said that they would come at 4 pm. We said “ok we’ll see you at 4”. When 4 o’clock came around they were nowhere in sight, called them several times and it went straight to voicemail. At 5:30pm the guy called us sayings that “we came to your house at 4 and no one answered the door” , but we were waiting at the door for their arrival. Klean King did an amazing, thorough job, paying extra attention to the places that need it so our carpet looks like new. He knows carpets and how to clean the most unusual spots and stains. He provides customer service that goes above and beyond expectations and is very approachable. We are very pleased with our fresh, clean carpets and we highly recommend Klean King to everyone.
