Communication is poor. For two weeks, I have tried to get information about my car about what is covered under my warranty. What can be helped with my car that I only had for eight months mine , the first month that I had to bring in my car three different times into the shop because the engine light kept going on. In the world of auto leasing and used car sales, it's difficult to believe there could be anyone you can trust, and being a woman, on my own and totally unsure of what I was doing I had to trust someone. So I trusted Al Sage and he never took advantage of that at all, despite my obvious ignorance! We have been dealing with Al for about 20 years. While it sometimes takes time to locate suitable vehicles, ultimately we have always received what we wanted.
