This place is a Fraud don’t go to there. He had my pressure washer for 3 weeks. And kept saying it would be ready on set date and he said he would call me and wouldn’t. Also so hard to get a hold of them. I just ended up going up and picking it up they wasted 3 weeks. They tried to say there are no carburettors parts in Australia and it can take up to 6 months to get parts from china, which makes no sense. Would recommend staying away from this place and going somewhere else.
Very bad service put chainsaw in 3 months ago got excuse after excuse why it hadn’t been fixed picked it up took elsewhere ! Definitely not good customer service
Just had a new engine put in my john deere by Klaus and very happy with the job. Price was slightly cheaper than quoted and I got it back in just over a week. So I would definitely recommend him.
Honestly has to be the worst service I have ever experienced in my life ! Dropped off a small Chainsaw to be serviced and am still waiting 9 weeks later and asked for a home visit to service a Zero Turn and has been quoting for the past 9 weeks it will happen next week ! Runaway from this place if you want something serviced or repaired - simply go elsewhere
This business is one of the worse I have dealt with in over 50 years. 1st they can't get back to you, ring them, their phone does not work (fix it) Has not worked for months! They have an excuse for everything bar fixing the problem. As I have bought 2 brand new pce of equipment there. They sux!. I would never ever use Klaus Mower Repairs. Just got my sniper back, it is FKed, chainsaw FKed. Mower from about last year the blades fell off!. Never again use this business. They could not flush a turd down a toilet.
