His positive reviews can't be genuine. This guy took my money ($6000) and never got me a court date in the 16 months he was working for me. I fired him and hired a paralegal and within two weeks I got a court date. Pure incompetence! I spent two weeks schooling this guy on the difference between a teachers pension and a 403b. This is for my experience with Andrew Klausner alone, I have not dealt with Elizabeth in regards to my actual case, it appears she is the one responsible for the billing and accounting. If there is zero star, I would have chose it, but I give the one star to their paralegal Robyn who was very responsive. This attorney was referred to me by a family member who used to work with him and even baby sat his kid years ago.
