Jason came out last week and quoted me a job that would take 6 hours. He showed up today and completed the job in 3 hours and did a great job. Thank you Jason and Klaus for the quick and nice work!
Jason came out for an estimate to put in a washer box and move a 220V wire for a new location for my washer and dryer. Said it would take him and another guy roughly 6 hours (this is just fine). He said he would write something up for me and would get back to me. This happened on Thursday. Klaus has been amazing to work with. I trust them to give me honest advice even if it leads to me not needing a plumber. I have used them to replace my hot water heater, install a water softener and work on my faucet. I haven't found a better plumber service. And Kristi, the scheduler is great at getting someone out ASAP when I have an issue.
