Horrible company. Their system malfunctioned living me stranded from my apartment. The operator in the phone then said its not an emergency and was extremely rude and unempathetic. He then hung up on me because I asked him would an accurate report be made? Incompetent and rude! What a combo.
Prompt and knowledgeable technicians. Service times usually within the hour, even on weekends. We’ve had only good experiences so far.
