As a first time boat owner i am very happy with the work they have done and the customer service is excellent. I strongly recommend Klaus marine, my uncle also brings his boat to them too.
Paul made is so easy. Called other places and they were back and forth. Called him and within 30min he called back with exactly what I needed. Thank you. Summer fishing saved.
Got from them a prop 4 years ago. And now they have oil filter and oil for my fourwinns. Loving it. Everything in stock either in 1 or two days. Will be my to go to marine supplier now I'm back in the region.
I would not recommend Klaus marine service at all, a simple fluid/filter/impeller change almost had me buying a new motor. Paul behind the counter is one of the most difficult costumer service people I've had to deal with. I brought my Honda 9.9hp for an impeller change of which I was the cause of. While it was there I suggested a fluid/filter change and they were also informed by me it was running FINE until then. Paul is awesome! Called, told him what engine and what I needed, he looked it up, they had it in stock, easy payment methods, friendly service! I work long hours and Paul went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get my parts for when I needed them. This place was recommended to me, and I will gladly pass on the recommendation to others! Thanks again!
