This place is fantastic.....if Paul doesn't have it he will find it If they dont sell it then they will direct you to someone that does.... I absolutely love going to Klaus Marine And rather pay full price and receive correct parts over cheap knock offs from Amazon that fail and end up purchasing from klaus after anyways .. 6 stars if that was an option
This is an absolute goldmine for European railway modellers. With the newly published website makes ordering and viewing selections available much easier. Orders can be made online and either shipped to you or picked up. I’ve been dealing with the owner for over two decades and he is always willing to help or suggest something that I would like.
I don’t normally write reviews, but my experience with Klaus Marine was so outstanding that I felt it was worth sharing. Paul was incredibly responsive and kept me up to date the entire time he was working on my boat. It’s honestly refreshing to be pleasantly surprised by that level of customer service these days. He worked on my 2020 50 HP E-TEC and did a fantastic job. On top of that, he also spotted a few issues with my trailer, called me to explain everything, and got my approval before moving forward.
