Made an appointment 1 week ago. Came to the address listed on web site today for an appointment and was surprised that the office moved to another town. Called the office to figure out what's going on - they told me that my appointment was cancelled anyway because representative must attend a court. "Perfect client oriented" business. I spent 1.5 hours driving one way to the wrong address for cancelled appointment and they didn't even called me to say that appointment was cancelled and office was relocated. When my sister retired she saw Warren Klaus for end of life documents will, transfer of assets such as her condo, vehicle, advance directives and power of attorney. Warren was very helpful explaining all the options for handling her estate. He provided her the legal basis for making these decisions with both professional and compassion.
