Dr. Katrina Klaus is the most thorough and caring primary care physician I have ever had. She takes the time to listen to your concerns and goes through everything without rushing you. She orders follow up testing and makes you feel heard. I always felt to be in good hands with her. We have moved across the country and unfortunately can no longer see her. Dr Klaus has been listed as my primary care for over 10 years. In those years I feel like I never got the same Dr. Her personality changed every single time. Does not have the best bed side manner, let's her own emotions dictate how she'll treat you. Have not been able to physically see her as my Dr in 5 years, but I've seen the great NPs that work in her office. She's decided to only see patients via zoom. Dr Klaus, was very thorough and knowledgeable regarding medication. She addressed my complaint. I walked away satisfied.
