Dr Guter and staff are amazing. I called several Oral Surgeons that we’re closer to my house and they could not see me until July. I was in extreme pain and Dr. Guter took me in as a new patient on the same day I called. They called my insurance to let me know what I would be responsible for (no surprises) and while that took some time because the insurance company had them on hold. Dr Kuter is very sweet, however the financial department is the worst I have ever encountered. After making me pay for a procedure in advance and refusing to bill it to my insurance, I filed it myself and it was approved. When the financial department (specifically Erica) got the reimbursment check from my insurance, she called my insurance company to dispute it, and said that it would have to be reprocessed. She didn't call me, or communicate anything with me, and when I asked why, she said she "was done with me". Still wai... read more
