My wife had a really bad abscess on a failed old root canal that was very infected. She was referred to Dr. Guter by our regular dentist Dr Grace Choe. My wife is disabled and was very nervous. Dr. Guter was really great with her!! He put her at ease and has the best bedside manner i have ever witnessed! Super down to earth guy. Talks to you like a long time friend. The best oral surgeon and staff
Dr Guter and staff are amazing. I called several Oral Surgeons that we’re closer to my house and they could not see me until July. I was in extreme pain and Dr. Guter took me in as a new patient on the same day I called. They called my insurance to let me know what I would be responsible for (no surprises) and while that took some time because the insurance company had them on hold. Dr Kuter is very sweet, however the financial department is the worst I have ever encountered. After making me pay for a procedure in advance and refusing to bill it to my insurance, I filed it myself and it was approved. When the financial department (specifically Erica) got the reimbursment check from my insurance, she called my insurance company to dispute it, and said that it would have to be reprocessed.
