Extremely dissapointed. Poor customer service. Paid a significant amount for help on a plumbing installation and they are unwilling to help me complete my HVAC that one of their current employees did 80% of the work on before completely ghosting me. Really poor customer service and business common sense.
I highly recommend this company. James, my plumber was fantastic and very helpful with all the items I needed done. The office staff is very friendly and a joy to talk to. Thank you guys!
Klaty's Plumbing & Heating is the best! They (James especially!) have saved us many times. They know what they are doing! They do a great job and are very reasonably priced.
