Having had multiple garage door issues over the years, they are by far the best place I have ever worked with; and frankly one of the best companies I have used, period. I had a spring break, and it's an odd size. I had more than one servicer attempt to fix our door and get replacement parts. Unfortunately, this left our cars stuck in the garage so we needed to get car rentals. I had an extremely poor experience. I had initially contacted Overhead Door to come and inspect my garage door after a note on a home inspection. No one showed up at my 9am appointment. I tried calling multiple times and did not get an answer and was unable to leave a voicemail due to a full mailbox. When I did finally get ahold of someone, they said a tech would be out at 2pm.
