Started having issues with the fact that I wanted a new set with plain clear polish. Old school, clear polish, because that's how I prefer a new set. They look pretty. No need for $15 gel. After multiple instances of asking for plain polish and getting gel instead and being ignored except for comments made to one another in their language, I stopped going. I had a very disappointing experience here. I came in for a dip manicure with tips for myself and a kids’ manicure for my daughter. At first, everything seemed fine—the tips were the perfect length and shape. When I noticed the tech had pulled out acrylic supplies, I reminded her I had asked for dip with tips. She switched her supplies said the lady had told her acrylic by mistake and everything seemed back on track. I got a French full set and they came out flawless. The technicians are so precise and friendly. I highly recommend this place for a quality beauty service.
Didn't get what I paid for n I could have done a better job than they did. I'll never come back n will warn others to not come. I had to do my own pedicure cause the male employee didn't know how to do a pedicure n they wasn't even polished. I want my refund or I'll dispute this n will go higher BBB n Consumer Affairs about this issue. I want my full refund
Fantastic experience from start to finish. My clear gel nails are perfectly glossy and well-shaped. Can't wait to come back.
