Best Mercedes-Benz specialist in the area, hands down!
Excellent service from Klasse. My car has been in twice now. First time for a repair I had waited for the dealers to do for months that Klasse sorted in 3 days. And today for a service at fixed price, picked the car up and it was cleaned and smelling lush. Both times the communication has been excellent and, as others have said, much better value than the dealership.
Hi, don’t often post but I was impressed with the ptofessionalism demonstrated during my experience with Klasse! I was kept informed at every step and despite there being several faults with my E class they were all addressed and the faulty parts kept to show me upon completion. The mechanic(Craig) took the time to explain the issues and Colin was gracious in his advice for the future too! Outstanding & personal service from start to finish. Would recommend to anyone with a Mercedes to get their car serviced etc. last two years I’ve had my car serviced & MOT at Klasse. Would not use anyone else now even although it’s a bit of a journey from home. They always get me a courtesy car which is spotlessly clean & return my car cleaner than it went in! Thank you for that!
