I had a fantastic experience with Klass the moment I walked in the door. I got my now wife's engagement ring and wedding band custom made and the entire team was nothing short of amazing. Everyone is very knowledgeable and ready to help you make an informed purchase and in my case patient enough to take the time to go through multiple design iterations to get your custom pieces made just the way you imagine them. Had a wonderful experience getting a custom ring made here. Sam walked me through everything I needed to know and the pricing before creating the engagement ring I wanted. They were honest and upfront about everything and didn't try to take advantage price wise. They kept me updated along the way and even allowed me to look at the ring at different stages.
