They did such a wonderful job on my engagement ring!! It’s everything I ever wanted. My fiancé really enjoyed working with them and the pricing was very good for a great product. Would definitely recommend!
The owner was incredible and wonderfully compassionate to me when I came in to get help with my mom’s jewelry after she passed away. She talked with me, made sure I understood what we had and didn’t have, and helped me know how to split things fairly for my family. I will be back when I have services I need because they took such great care of me and didn’t charge a fortune to help me out. Fantastic and genuine service.
This is my go to for all things jewelry. Family owned, fair prices, vast knowledge, and they do it all! I’ve had several purchases from Klass. I’ve had custom designs made and they are perfection. I’ve had items reset and repaired. There isn’t anything I wouldn’t trust them to do. I’ve referred friends there and they love it! There is no better place in Cincinnati for your jewelry needs. Fantastic work and customer service. I went to two other jewelers who gave me the run around before discovering Klass. They helped me to make small adjustments to my late grandma’s wedding band, which allowed me to add it to my own wedding ring stack. They were so helpful and I had my ring back within a week. I couldn’t possibly love it more! Plus the pricing was very fair and they did all the work in house.
