Had a wonderful experience getting a custom ring made here. Sam walked me through everything I needed to know and the pricing before creating the engagement ring I wanted. They were honest and upfront about everything and didn't try to take advantage price wise. They kept me updated along the way and even allowed me to look at the ring at different stages.
