We were staying for two years at 10145 84 Ave managed/owned by Klass Investment Inc. Throughout our stay, Debbie, the landlord, was always kind, respectful, and supportive.
worst management ive ever dealt with. parking is included in the lease agreement at 10470 176st and they had my vehicle towed for parking it overnight. not much wonder the buildings are empty
NEVER do business with this company. Still haven't been paid for services provided on March 1, 2023 despite constantly reaching out.

Doesn’t know how to treat her employees. Exposed them to unsafe work environments and was trying to deny it. She was trying to get it fixed without telling them what was going on. The owner is a person who has inherited everything from her father but has no clue how to run the business. She is rude and heartless.
