Thiago did a brilliant job cleaning my carpets in a very efficient time frame and at a reasonable price. He was professional, reliable, and trustworthy. I felt comfortable leaving him alone in my apartment while I went to the gym, and when I returned an hour later, he was all packed up and had done a fantastic job. I highly recommend Thiago for anyone needing carpet cleaning services.

I hired this company to clean a carpet and the result was extremely disappointing. After the cleaner left, the carpet had more stains than before. Nothing improved — it actually looked worse. The worker finished the job and left without saying anything, as if the work had been done properly. If I hadn’t checked and contacted the owner, this would have been considered a completed job, which is not acceptable. My experience with this company was not great. We were very happy with the tile and carpet clean. However the shower and grout clean, unsatisfactory. Even after they offered to return and compete a second clean of the shower area. Honestly it looked as though nothing had been touched. The shower screens still had calcium marks all over them, and the grout still mouldy. I was told by them that this could not be removed due to mould forming from the inside out.
