My experience with this company was not great. We were very happy with the tile and carpet clean. However the shower and grout clean, unsatisfactory. Even after they offered to return and compete a second clean of the shower area. Honestly it looked as though nothing had been touched. The shower screens still had calcium marks all over them, and the grout still mouldy. I was told by them that this could not be removed due to mould forming from the inside out. The team from Klass A did an amazing work on my tiles. From the online conversation to coming in to view and give quotes was flawless. Arrived on time and my tiles are brand new again. It is a pleasure working with Klass A and I will definitely recommend them.

I would not recommend this company for tile cleaning. After the service, my tiles were left completely soaking wet, which has now caused water marks all over them. I reached out to the team to raise my concerns, but I’ve had no response back. Really disappointed with both the quality of the work and the lack of customer service afterwards.
