The rehab facility recommended home care for my father. The sales rep came by to see him and was very kind and professional. However, no one contacted us to set up an appointment to actually see him until days after dad’s discharge from rehab. By that time, dad was back in the hospital. I would never recommend this company due to lack of communication and interest. What a shame.
Unreliable. I do not recommend. We signed up for catheter care for my 93 year old mother when she moved to assisted living. She previously had home health in her small town and they came any day of the week if she had a problem. With Klarus, my mother’s catheter came out on a Saturday morning and they told her to go to the ER because they only had one person in the entire DFW metroplex available who could replace a catheter and she was booked seeing new patients that day. Three weeks out from total hip replacement surgery I am walking using my cane. Curtis for two home visits and Dana for six have shown me proper exercises and the correct way to do them and encouraged me to get over fear and learn to walk in a natural manner. I am on the road to full recovery and I owe these two coaches a huge debt of gratitude. I highly recommend Klarus for anyone needing professional guidance from outstanding physical therapists.
