Called me to make sure I was coming...drove all the way from north of legal, 1 hour. was 10 minutes early and they gave my spot away. Then said oh sorry it's first come first served.....then why did you call me to make me drive all the way, to make sure I was coming? Garbage ended up going to another wash where the communication is more clear and I can understand in whitecourt. I guess cheap is what this gets you.
Pretty unfortunate experience at Klarity Wash today. Owner was not very communicative about the costs up front and the wash was subpar. Cold water, low pressure, the bay employees were not helpful, and they charge extra for bug solution. I won't be returning.
