No one answers the phone or replies to emails and the contact us form on the website doesn't work. I have tried reaching out several times about Klarity Wash in Acheson having an overdue invoice and requesting payment. They gave me a credit card over the phone that was declined several times over the past few weeks. Their bill is still outstanding.
Formally one of the best places to get a wash in the Edmonton area. Quality of washes have gone down hill over the last 3 years. Along with customer service and operational flow. Management is lacking.
Terrible place. This place has become so run down over the last few years. I would recommend going anywhere else but here.
I had my truck greased. AJ was great. He did everything the way I asked him to and was happy to go the extra, as I am very particular. The price was very reasonable. I will be back whenever I am in the area again. Thanks AJ
