15 Aug 2023 update. Will Klarer continues to be my go-to person for all three of my cars. Went in to make an appt., and he was able to do it right then, extremely convenient. My go-to place when circumstances permit. Knows his stuff and charges less than the dealer. Mar 3 2020 follow-up: I have both a Mercedes and a Lexus - both out of warranty.
