The most rudest dental assistant ever! I don’t know the girl name but she was rude, disgusting and very rushy. She had her hair in a bun on the top of her head and kind of has some weight on her. She was not helpful at all and very passive aggressive.She is lucky I didn’t call her out on her nasty attitude. I will never be coming back to this office if I don’t have to. I got my braces put on about a week and a half ago and had the BEST experience. Anna was super helpful putting them on while making sure I was comfortable and explaining the process to me as she went. She was super friendly and so was Kristen up front! I’m older and was nervous to get braces but she had such a positive attitude it calmed me down a lot. I’m so happy I went with Klar Holmes & Associates. From the moment I stepped in for my consultation I knew this was the right choice.
We were referred to Klar Holmes and associates by friends. Having visited some of the larger orthodontist groups we were left feeling uneasy. Dr. Mark Romano and Nicolette helped our daughter feel at ease from the first consultation. The team is patient and professional, two very important qualities for orthodontists. Highly recommend.
