My 9-year-old son is a patient at Klar Holmes & Associates Orthodontics in the Harbour View area of Suffolk, and we had such a wonderful experience today! Miss Niqua put his braces on, and although he was very nervous at first, she immediately made him feel comfortable and at ease. She was incredibly kind, patient, professional, and excellent at what she does. Lana and Niqua were great and made me feel at ease getting my forest set of braces. Everyone in the office is wonderful giving excellent customer service. All my questions and concerns were answered. I would definitely recommend Klar Holmes& Associates for orthotics needs.
I had a wonderful experience with the receptionist, Dr. Holmes and Anna for my documentation and options for dental care. We agreed on Invisalign for my dental treatment going forward. On the day after Memorial day, I expected a glum atmosphere. I'm so happy to be so wrong. Anna was especially kind and understanding went presenting me with additional trays for my Invisalign program. Dr. Holmes was exceptional and kind. Anna, Shawn, and Dr. Patrick are the best around!!! They made my son’s experience one to remember🥰. My son Chance gets excited to visit the office for his appts. Thank you team for all you do!!!!
My children had appointments at 2 and 2:15 we were out by 3:30. Anna and Niqua had my children. They were both prompt, general and personal.My daughter likes to be informed, Niqua allowed my daughter to hold the mirror and watch her every move. My son is silly and Anna allowed him to laugh and was kind about the interruption. We couldn’t have had a better experience.
