My children had appointments at 2 and 2:15 we were out by 3:30. Anna and Niqua had my children. They were both prompt, general and personal.My daughter likes to be informed, Niqua allowed my daughter to hold the mirror and watch her every move. My son is silly and Anna allowed him to laugh and was kind about the interruption. We couldn’t have had a better experience.
My experience at Klar Holmes & Associates was excellent! I went in to get Invisalign and Anna was sweet and informative! She worked fast but at no point did I feel like I was being rushed. Definitely pay them a visit!
If I could give ten stars, I would have. I am very happy with my braces. Niqua is amazing. She explained each step of the process and made the procedure painless.
The most rudest dental assistant ever! I don’t know the girl name but she was rude, disgusting and very rushy. She had her hair in a bun on the top of her head and kind of has some weight on her. She was not helpful at all and very passive aggressive.She is lucky I didn’t call her out on her nasty attitude. I will never be coming back to this office if I don’t have to. I got my braces put on about a week and a half ago and had the BEST experience. Anna was super helpful putting them on while making sure I was comfortable and explaining the process to me as she went. She was super friendly and so was Kristen up front! I’m older and was nervous to get braces but she had such a positive attitude it calmed me down a lot. I’m so happy I went with Klar Holmes & Associates. From the moment I stepped in for my consultation I knew this was the right choice.
