My experience at Dr. Klapper's office was the worst of my life. I have never been to a doctor's office and was if I've met my insurance deductible. I was more insulted when the receptionist call my insurance carrier then told me I would have to pay for my visit. I've had the same medical insurance for 17 years & I don't have a co-pay. Dr. Klapper has been excellent at diagnosis, quickly identifying a problem that my GP could not. His remedy was appropriate and healing was complete.
would highly recommend dr klapper. very professional. relieved the anxiety i was having about my condition. when i left the office i knew i would make my next appointment with him.
This doctor was extremely rude, 2 hours late to my appointment, and incredibly unhelpful. Do not recommend.
I went to see Dr Klapper over a year ago after my insurance changed & I needed to see a different dermatologist. I was getting a full body scan every six months because of my past history with basal cell carcinoma. He was not nice to talk to & when he did he talk down to you.
