Called middle of the day about a brake issue on the girlfriend’s car, they were awesome and very helpful in getting us a diagnosis same day. Even provided resources after we didn’t follow through with repairs. Genuinely a good company with good caring people. Thanks for the help!

Did not inform me, that they charge a 3% when you use a credit card. Also was charged for a safety inspection, that they did not tell me about. I am a new customer , I was a new customer. I will go back to Firestone, at least I know what I am going to be charged. They may have some good reviews but they also have alot of bad reviews.
Been fighting with coolant leak for over a year, water pump replaced, hose, cooler. $4K+ and the jury is still out...
