The front girls run very poor business. I had some issues with billing and instead of trying to listen to my concerns I got shut down over and over again while I was trying to speak. Manager just kept talking over me. Just because you’re louder doesn’t mean you’re right! My insurance had sent them a check a month ago and they never tried to process a refund. I have not found a better dental practice in the western United States. Thanks doctor Dove. Feeling 1000% better this morning. Ihave edited this post. Just another dentist concerned so much with their prpfit thatlying and deciving the customer is standard practice
I have always had a great experience with all staff members and dentists at Klamath Smiles. They have taken great care of me and are very considerate, compassionate, professional, and kind.
I called with an emergency broken tooth and my Dentist just moved from the area. I was referred to Klamath Smiles and told they are open on Fridays and take emergencies. The receptionist told me they only take people who want to be new patients(I understand and planned to find a new dentist) but was told that even though my tooth was broken and exposed, they couldn't see me until October.
