Staff was very helpful and considerate and heartfelt. Pricing was very nice. Overall I would definitely recommend.
Autumn Petrowske, was the funeral director who took care of us. She was an amazing person to work along with. She was very caring and respectful of your needs as per our cultural and religious requirements. She was very responsive and flexible to cater to our last minute changes. Highly recommend working with her as she goes out of her way to assist and make the process easier while you're grieving.
I am very pleased with Klaehn Fahl & Melton for the way they met our request on how the service was to be conducted. Our mother was very well presented and gave the family much comfort. The handling of arrangements and filing of paperwork by staff helped ease tension.
