I went here a couple of years back and saw Dr. Wesbrook! He was absolutely amazing. The front staff however was not. They always failed to make confirmation calls and would routinely mess up my appointments. There was one occasion where they claimed my appt was an hour before I showed up even though I set my appts on my calendar as I’m standing there making my next appt. With Dr. Hughes right now, she is great, got through half of my pregnancy so far, she listens well, i recommend. Front desk is hit or miss. Sometimes whoever picks up will take care of everything without problems, other times you get someone distracted and will forget to communicate with you. So when that happens, you just have to be patient and persistent, it'll get done.
I don't have any issues with the Doctor, but I only have issues with the nurse and maybe receptionist bc they do not know how to follow-up with client procedures and appointments. The nurses over there should go and work at a nursing home, that is where they belong.
