I came from Florida to Ohio to visit my mom. While here she wanted me to help her purchase a new vehicle. We were interested in the Lincoln Nautilus so we drove to Klaben Ford Lincoln. We were greeted at the front door by Gilbert our salesman. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.
