Dr Klaassen is knowledgeable, personable, explains procedures and wants to make sure that any questions there may be are answered to the patients satisfaction. I could not have asked for a nicer or more professional Dr. Although it was a routine colonoscopy, he made it as pleasant an experience as is possible under the circumstances and I would highly recommend him.
