So this happened to me a lil while ago, but just wanted to share why I will never visit this place and I will strongly recommend others to avoid this place as well. So I made an appointment for 2 pm, 20 minutes before it I received a call to come 30 minutes later because they are running late. I came there at 2:25 just to wait there until 2:50 to start the massage. Was offered a tea and got decent message. I received a wonderful one hour hydro facial with a steamer and collagen face mask. It included a neck and shoulder massage. They were very informative throughout the process describing the procedure and asking me if I was comfortable throughout the process. My skin was left glowing and feeling smooth, It was a great experience.

My esthetician was Tracy, she was a great conversationalist, respectful, and welcoming. She explained everything she was going to do and what/which treatments fit me. She didn’t pressure me to do anything I wasn’t confident in. I was unfortunately late to my appointment and she was very understanding of my situation. Would recommend her 100%.
