I purchased a hydration facial through Groupon for KL Skin Spa on Bay Parkway. My appointment was scheduled for 12:30 PM, and I arrived early at 12:20 PM. Despite being on time, I was left waiting until 1:00 PM with no communication or apology. When I was finally seen by Tracy, I did not receive the hydro facial I purchased. Amazing service—had such a great experience talking to Carmen. She genuinely cares about my skin condition, and I really felt a connection with her.
