Absolutely wonderful service! Y'all go see girl Lena!!! She is so wonderfully sweet and welcoming!!! She gives great advice on how to look and make your nails or toes healthy and happy!!! 100% a returning customer! I won't go anywhere else. It's also so nice to walk-in and be remembered as a customer!
Always a great experience and was taken care of right away, close to closing! That meant alot She does amazing always and so sweet!!
I wish I could give K L Nails a 0-star rating because my experience was that bad. The service was absolutely horrible; I felt rushed from the moment I walked in. The pedicure was poorly done, and honestly, my nails look worse than they did when I arrived. I definitely do not recommend this place! The prices are too high for the level of service they provide. Save your money and find a nail salon that truly cares about its customers. Talk about customer service, the reply alone says enough.
I had an appointment at 9:30 am I was there at 9:25 am and no one was there, that’s fine I was five minutes early. At 9:35 they still weren’t there, 10:45am I left and I came back at 9:54 and they were just getting there. They let us in and I told them my appointment was at 9:30 and I didn’t even get an I’m sorry. I wanted French tip acrylic full set, the lady told me no you can only have gel white tips, of course in all my twenty years of getting my nails done I have never been told that before.
