Nice place, very roomy.
Great place to have an event. Top notch staff.
Went to this place for my niece's sweet sixteen birthday which was from 6pm -12 am. From 11 pm we had to start packing. They told us if not out by 12:15 we would lose our deposit, and sure enough we did! Even though we were out by 12:25. Whatever you do DO NOT USE THIS VENUE. Customer service is poor, they were literally on top of us. We had to pack our stuff on the sidewalk, like we were homeless and it was drizzling. Shame, shame, shame. This place should be out of business!!!!
1st Issue: The AC is not sufficient for the space. More importantly, the owners fail to realize that customers are the reason a business exists in the first place. It makes sense to show some flexibility and basic courtesy. Instead, being rude and aggressive toward paying customers and their guests is not only unnecessary, it’s a very poor business decision.
