Karen is excellent. She is so caring and really takes her time to get to know you and what you want to achieve out of sessions with her. I went for post op lymphatic massages, and she was so gentle and made sure I was doing good especially with my healing incisions. I highly recommend!

She communicates proactively & is concerned about providing a seamless client experience. I.e. never cancelled, was always early to appointments, checks comfort level, and sends advice for at-home practice. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking MLD support in our area.

I highly recommend Karen! She was attentive, thorough and explained how I can do massages and breathing exercises at home to continue healing. I have already recommended her to some family and friends and I would book again if needed!
