Customer service is unprofessional. They are unfortunately short, unwelcoming and approach for solutions stems from inconvenience as “I can’t get to it”rather than apologetic and solution offering.
Lori worked and worked with us to get our logo just right on our patch. She had great ideas & suggestions and was easy to correspond with. I was extremely impressed with her customer service skills, attention to detail, knowledge, persistence and genuine willingness to make us happy. The patch was stunning when it arrived in the mail - better than I imagined! We only ordered 2 patches, but had an outstanding experience. I would be a repeat customer and recommend this company highly.
