I can't say enough good words about Robert. He was very accommodating to our situation with our truck when the transmission went out. It was late Saturday night and a holiday weekend. He let the tow driver drop our truck off at 930pm. Then he kept it at his shop til we could have it towed back to Florida. He is very professional and works with his clients
The only transmission shop that answered the phone would have been screwed if it wasn’t for him had me up in running in no time and even came to the hotel after I left his shop to make sure I was good and also called number of times to make sure I was safe 100 percent hands down the best shop to go to!!
My brother in law’s car broke down in Marion county on Thanksgiving mornings driving in from Myrtle Beach. Found KL Transmission and auto repair on an online search. Called Robert looking for a mechanic to help. Apparently everyone in town was closed but he came out to help fix the car. The car had needed more repairs than roadside assistance.
