We asked for service to repair washer on Jan15, since the clothes are still wet after spinning. We agreed for a repair amount of $388 to replace a simple lid lock. When they installed the part after 2 weeks, they said there’s another part that’s broken like the belt and another part or something and I need to pay again for the work to be installed???? Now the washer can’t be used because the damage is not just the lid! Cost of new washer is $449 and I just have to buy a new one rather than dealing again with these guys.. The... read more
