Their driver hit our truck, and I initially tried to resolve the matter kindly by negotiating directly with them. However, since Alejandra Sanchez is unwilling to cover the repair costs, I’ve decided to file a claim with their insurance instead. Unfortunately for them, this incident will now be reflected on their safety record. Strange behavior on their part.
