DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! Terrible, terrible, terrible. Completely messed up a $300 custom bag with the monogram putting the completely wrong letters after being shown the name spelled out and wouldn’t fix it at all and not apologetic it’s just our problem! Please do not waste your money. This place is a joke.
0/5 stars ⭐️ only gave it 1 because I had too to post a review. Horrible Horrible Horrible Customer Service… Do Not go there for anything. Go to Tonya’s . I was sent there by word of mouth but I should have read the reviews first. Had my item for 21 days and when I called to ask about it she got rude with me & her daughter appears nice, but it’s all a front. Will never get my business again. Save your time and go straight to Tonya’s in the next Plaza over.
